‘Princess Kyana’ was present at the exciting University of Cincinnati event.
Kylie Kelce Gets Shy During Jumbotron Moment
The close-up was not what Kylie Kelce was expecting. Kylie Kelce , who goes by the loving moniker “Princess Kyana” thanks to her brother-in-law Travis Kelce, timidly covered her face from the cameras on Thursday during the University of Cincinnati’s New Heights live taping.
At the school’s Fifth Third Arena, Kylie Kelce , the wife of Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce, was present to support her husband. She was seated right up front with her in-laws, Ed and Donna Kelce. However, the mother of three swiftly covered her face with her hands as a jumbotron camera focused on her for a close-up, then covered hers with a cutout of Jason’s face.
A video of the humorous incident was posted by the official New Heights account on X, formerly Twitter.
“PRINCESS KYANA IN THE BUILDING,” the message on the post said.
The nickname was given to Kylie Kelce after she modeled and auctioned off a signed Eagles letterman jacket that was modeled after the iconic one Princess Diana wore in the 1990s for charity. The unique item officially sold for $100,000 to Always Sunny in Philadelphia stars Kaitlin Olson and Rob McElhenney last year, with the proceeds going to the Eagles Autism Foundation.
Even though Kylie Kelce dislikes being in the spotlight, she interacted with attendees at the event with ease. A local sports reporter said that Kylie Kelce stayed late to snap pictures and sign autographs for guests after the taping was over.
Although Taylor Swift, Travis’ girlfriend, did not seem to be there during the celebration, her influence was felt nonetheless. Travis was once observed wildly swaying his hips and moving in time to Swift’s “Shake It Off,” performed by a marching band. Naturally, Travis weighed in right away, stating, “Oh, I know this one!”
Travis gleefully remarked, “One of my favorites right there, ladies and gentlemen,” after the music had played for a few bars. Okay, nope!”
It’s also “Wyatt’s favorite, too,” Jason said, alluding to his 4-year-old daughter.
After being married in 2018, Kylie Kelce and Jason have three daughters: Wyatt, Elliotte, who is three, and Bennett, who is one.
Before they recorded their live podcast, Travis and Jason, two legendary former University of Cincinnati Bearcats, used their first arena show to host the first Lombaby Games. Joe Burrow, quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals, joined the NFL stars for the interview portion of the taping.
Another noteworthy event was when Travis and Jason were able to officially walk the stage in their graduation robes and pick up their diplomas during the school’s extremely unique, belated commencement ceremony. The brothers were not allowed to attend the college graduation ceremonies, even though they both hold degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
Since Jason made his Philadelphia Eagles retirement announcement in March, Kylie Kelce has been outspoken in her public support of his future plans.
Kylie Kelce discussed her desires for her hubby with co-hosts of the Today show, Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie, earlier this month.
Eagles Autism Foundation director Kylie Kelce stated, “He needs to get out of the house.” It’s not that I want him to leave the house; rather, he must leave the house. Golf isn’t going to work with three little kids, in my opinion.”
Although Jason has not disclosed his next move, Kylie Kelce acknowledged that he will have no trouble pursuing his chosen professional path given all the conjecture surrounding it, which she humorously called “a pain.”
“I think nothing is off the table at this point,” she stated. “I may be biased because he is my spouse, but I think he excels in everything he attempts. It hurts a little bit in the butt. Since he is an ideas man and nothing is off the table, I believe he will see what transpires.”
